Front-End Developer creating awesome experiences for ecommerce, marketing, and SaaS companies
I was the lead Front-End Developer for the type:A website redesign by Frank Collective. I collaborated with the Technical Director, Producer, Creative Director and another Front-End Developer during the process. We developed a custom Shopify ecommerce theme from scratch to implement the new designs, replacing the client’s existing website.
My role was to translate Sketch designs into HTML/CSS/JS using Liquid template language for the minimum viable product launch. This included building out the core structure and layout of the templates, specifically on 5 pages - Home, Category, Product, Subscription, and Blog. I constructed the templates in a thoughtful and meaningful way to ensure ease of use when configuring the actual content on the Shopify platform.
